Our award-winning store provides ordering service for schools and libraries, book fairs to remote locations, and active support for Territorial literacy programmes. Special orders have gone from a long-established six to eight week delivery period, to service in ten days or less; in some instances we can provide 24-hour delivery, a remarkable feat given our remote location. We produce a northern book list, and mail books worldwide. Our customers come from all parts of the world. Returning customers benefit from our “Bookworm” rewards programme. We have access to state-of-the-art data bases enabling us to research customer requests promptly. Out-of-print requirements can be referred to antiquarian specialist partners. |
